Shimano, the Japan-based innovator and world-leader in cycling since 1923, tasked Genesis with creating a comprehensive global go-to-market strategy to highlight the company’s “on-the-body” products. The initiative included a broad array of trade and consumer marketing tools that communicated Shimano’s Fusion Concept apparel and footwear to myriad consumer segments, including commuter, adventure, sport and competition.
The team at Genesis developed Shimano’s Fusion Lifestyle Gear app that provided a trade and dealer sales tool for iOS and Android, available in 15 languages.
