In 2011, I created Creativ.es a recruiting platform that helps talent find their true calling. I launched the company at TechCrunch Disrupt SF. Originally conceived as a dynamic job board optimized for mobile devices aimed at the marketing communications and technology sectors, Creativ.es evolved into a more fluid and comprehensive recruiting and work resources brand. Companies could create, post, and monitor responses to job opportunities in real time and from any mobile device. In turn, members could search and share jobs on the go, review company profiles, receive new job alerts, and even connect directly with the original job poster.
